Belleair Country Club has two categories of membership:
Golf & Social Sports:
Golf Membership
Entitles the member all privileges: Clubhouse and related amenities, Golf Courses, Tennis Courts, Sports Center, Croquet Court and Marina.
Initiation Fee (must accompany application):
Family Full Golf Category – (40 years of age and above)
$20,000 + 7% sales tax
Monthly Dues: $555
($415 dues + $140* capital improvement fund)
Family Intermediate Golf Category – (26 to 39 years of age)
$15,000 + 7% sales tax
Monthly Dues: $451.25
($311.25 dues + $140* capital improvement fund)
Family Junior Golf Category – (18 to 25 years of age)
$10,000 + 7% sales tax
Monthly Dues:$347.50
($207.50 dues + $140* capital improvement fund)
Single Golf Membership
$15,000 + 7% sales tax - 40 years of age and above **
$10,000 + 7% sales tax - 26-39 years of age **
$ 5,000 + 7% sales tax - 18-25 years of age **
** Same monthly dues apply as for family categories
Social/Sports Membership
This membership entitles the member to all privileges of the Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, Sports Center, Croquet Court and Marina. Golf play is limited and green and cart fees apply.
Initiation Fee: $2,500 + 7% Sales Tax
Monthly Dues: $295 ($220 dues + $75* capital improvement fund)
Monthly Service Fee: $30.00 (Applies to all categories of membership)

All categories of membership, initiation fees and dues are subject to change without notice. Initiation fees, dues and other charges are subject to all applicable Federal and State taxes. Belleair Country Club is a not-for-profit, non-equity Club.
